Our proposed inaugural pilot selects five local captains with four traps each: 20 traps island-wide. The framework is designed conservatively around the stated six-trap limit, subject to verification of current law, licensing, and approval by Aruban authorities before deployment.
Our primary fundraising priority is a dedicated Managing Director. This role coordinates engineering, the pilot fleet, marine park and government compliance, catch data, and local restaurant partnerships.
