Collect catch-per-unit-effort, lionfish length and mass, trap depth, retrieval duration, native bycatch, and camera-observed species richness.

Record vessel, zone, coordinates, deployment and retrieval times. Compare repeat sampling with baseline surveys and untreated reference sites. Obtain permits and follow approved safety protocols before deployment.
